If you haven't already caught this, it's a must watch. I'll confess to never having heard of The Colbert Report (no, I don't have cable so I don't have Comedy Central) until reading about this on Boing Boing tonight, but now I want more. Basically this comedian gives a talk at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, in front of Bush, and rips him to shreds. It's pure magic, especially the cut-aways to Bush. He also gives the White House Press Corps a good serve. Ah, to be that clever and funny.
Haha, yeah, Colbert is very funny. I hadn't seen the White House press corps dinner before. That was great.

Read about this over at memeorandum.com yesterday and lots of links were coming from it to other blogs. Also some interesting reading about Bush trying to make his own rules but that's for a different thread.

Yeah, I nearly pissed myself laughing last night watching that. Finally an American who had the balls to have a go at Bush infront of his face and the rest of America.

That was great!
A good follow-up on it on the Huffington Post: The President's Secret IMs: Bush Goes Live With Tony Snow
