As you probably know, I am completely against all forms of censorship. Van the Man and his mate Drew Taylor, editor of JumpButton Magazine, are fighting the Office of Film and Literature Classification (aka the Thought Police) over their banning of the video game Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure, and Drew has written the OFLC an open letter. Check it out and spread the word.

What's a true liberal James? I just have a MAJOR problem with being told what I can and cannot read, watch, listen to and PLAY.

My biggest problem with the Office of Film and Literature Classification is that its inconsistent. For example, it's famously banned certain certain arthouse movies depicting "real sex acts" (eg: Romance - although I think it was later overturned after the public at large told the board to &^#% off), yet has approved others straight off the bat (eg: Nine Songs), despite the content being, essentially, identical.
