NetConnect card playing up

I had my first bad experience with my NetConnect 3G card this morning. Working from Kensington Pool while one of my boys is having his swimming lesson. I've used the card from here before without problems but this morning I'm connected but getting such terrible bandwidth that I can't even send mail or open websites. I'll be surprised if I can blog this post! I've been using the card for six months now without a single problem. I wonder what's going on this morning?
