Why blogging is goodness

Jason Calacanis reports on how Scoble helped him end his troubles with Microsoft and how Microsoft could have saved themselves thousands of dollars in legal bills if they had just made a phone call.... this is unfortunately the typical heavy-handed approach of LCA (Microsoft's legal division) and it counter-balances the great work Robert et al are doing to make them a friendlier company. I've been on the other side of the counter to LCA as well and it cost me a very expensive lawyer to get them to act reasonably. I bet Jason's glad Scoble reads his blog!
