Feb 19th I did an hour on the xt, some resistance training with weights and situps
Tonight (the 20th) did the same.
And I stretched!
Made myself a deal - on the days I don't do an hour, I don't have dinner. Whaddya think beti?
Had a salad tonight.
I just ran across your site. I see that you're already on a program, but you should take a look at a totally different type of system that takes alot less time and allows you to eat more than a salad. I'm on www.burstfitness.com and really like it...what kind of podcasts do you put out?
