STRETCHING MUST NEVER BE SKIPPED!!! This is where beti grows a little Hitler moustache and becomes very very mean! It only takes an extra 5-10 minutes and it is soooooo important!
Stretching reduces the risk of injury, prevents muscle soreness after exercise and improves performance.

I don't want to see you do another training session without stretching..ok??? grrrrrrrrrr ;)
