PayPal vs The Banks

Gerd Schenkel, General Manager, Customer Strategy and Cross Marketing, National Australia Bank, and I had a chat earlier today about PayPal and what kinds of things Australian banks can do to head off the threat that PayPal (and other e-banking pureplays) represents. He was very interested in my Tablet PC as well and I'm going to try to get him on the show in the near future. Interesting guy.
