NBC has axed The West Wing. While I didn't think it would survive at all after NBC sacked creator Aaron Sorkin and Rob Lowe quit, it did, and although the writing was never the same, they managed to pull together interesting storylines and characters over the last couple of seasons. I guess this means they don't have to worry about what they do to write Leo out of the story. I'll miss it - in our house, WW was one of the great TV shows that we could binge on. We'd regularly watch a couple of episodes in a night, dying to see what happened next. Now we'll have to hang out for STUDIO 7 ON SUNSET STRIP.

I was sad to hear the news as well. :(

Did I see on the TV that ABC are going to start screening West Wing.
Or was I dreaming or is there some PBS doco by the same name?
This would be a turn for the book. Usually good things screen on ABC first, then after ABC has done the repeat(s), it makes it to a commerial channel.

SBS is getting into that game too! I noticed the other day (to my complete shock and disbelief) that FAT PIZZA is on a commercial channel now? Didn't pay any attention to which, but I know it wasn't on SBS.

MOlly is the ultimate link whore. I'm actually using him as an example to new TPN hosts of how NOT to promote your site on other people's blogs. Maaaaaan....

But to be serious, yes the second post saying the first post was from me probably didn't need a signature (thats what I consider it, a signature. Rightly or wrongly).
On link manipulation, I believe one Cam Reilly played around with a radio stations Podcast searches in the past! (On that topic have a look at the top result for MMM podcast on google (MMM being a radio station in Mebourne).
