Here's another VERY COOL feature of the new MindManager X5 Pro... you can import Tasks from Outlook into your mindmap and, when you update the task inside Outlook, the map automatically refreshes the data as well!
So, for example, I am mapping out all of my projects into a single map. I usually keep track of them in Outlook Tasks as well as Microsoft Project. I can now import those files straight into the mindmap so, when I am trying to get a handle on everything going on in my life, and the relationships between them, the map will always have an up-to-date task list and status on my projects!
Why didn't someone tell me about this before????
OK, Tony Goodson's been raving about it for a while, as has Buzz, but I'm surprised these RSS & XML features aren't getting more hype in the blogosphere.

Try out the Word and PowerPoint export as well.
And if you think that's good, msny people use MindManager to build their websites without any knowledge of HTML. There's a complete export, Save as Webpages, which is extensive.
Then of course there's the pen functions to try out on your tablet.
Finally, if you want lots of techy stuff, there's the MindManager Group on Yahoo http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/mindmanager/
and the Mindjet forum http://www.mindjet.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/Ultimate.cgi
